Delivery & Shipping

Processing Time:

• All candles favors are made to order and takes minimum of 1 week to make  and max of 3 weeks depending on order schedule and availability.
• All home decor items are made to order and takes max of 10 days to make. 
• Some candles and items with special listing can be dispatched once order is confirmed immediately with standard delivery or international Express.
• For urgent orders contact us first before placing the order.

Delivery within UAE:

• Standard delivery of 1 to 2 days once order is ready excluding Weekends and public holidays.
• Fixed delivery cost of AED 30 across all UAE. 

International Delivery: 

• Currently we only ship to these countries: KSA, QATAR, OMAN, KUWAIT, BAHRAIN, LEBANON, JORDAN, EGYPT.
• For other countries, please contact us. 
• Express shipping with tracking number provided via DHL Express.
• Express shipping within 2 to 5 days excluding Weekends and public holidays.
• Custom fees are within the responsibility of the customer. Below shipping rates excludes any additional custom fees and taxes.
